Personal Business Cards

The logo signifies the influence of Eastern calligraphy and Western minimialism on my art style. The touch of green is a reference to my glasses, which are accented with a similar shade of green above the rim.

Berkeley Technology Review Graphic Illustrations

Illustrated for an article on big data and implications for privacy, which can be read here. Inspired by a 1984 book jacket.

This one for an article about P2P file sharing, which can be read here. I wanted to convey connected-ness and show recognizable torrent clients.

Innovative Design Projects

UC Berkeley wanted flyers to promote their new Late Night Study program in Wheeler Hall.

This was just a group exercise in making fun halloween cards.

HTC Power to Give

These are promotional materials for HTC's Power to Give app, which harnesses the untapped computing power of phones to power large-scale research projects. The flyers promoted the PTG booth on Berkeley's campus and the speaker event. The poster was used as a visual to explain 4 ongoing projects at the booth.

Jacket Typography

The above is a vector of typography featured on the back of a main character's jacket in a film.

Bit Arcade

This is some pixel art of an arcade game machine. This graphic accompanied an article on queer gaming in the Daily Californian.
